How to Tell Your Arch Shape

Using the correct arch support will reduce foot pain, improving comfort in your everyday life. For these insoles to work effectively, you must select the arch support that is right for you. You can find out whether you have low, medium or high arches by following the simple steps below.

  1. Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you to see the print of your foot once you have taken it away
  2. Low arches: indicated by the print showing your whole foot
  3. Medium arches: indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
  4. High arches: indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings
