What Makes JALAS Socks Different?

Ejendals strive to manufacture workwear that listens to the needs and concerns of the people wearing it. JALAS Socks

Key Features and Attributes

  • Full terry-cloth is the softest known fabric
  • Available in five different sizes for a guaranteed fit
  • Breathable fabric promotes the natural release of sweat and moisture
  • Spandex intertwined design makes for a flexible and pliable sock
  • Anatomically designed to match the natural contours of the foot
  • Merino wool foundation is incredible at trapping and retaining heat

What Is Merino Wool?

Merino wool is a natural fibre grown that is sourced from Merino sheep. Soft and thinner than regular wool, it is easy on the skin and doesn't have that irritating scratchy feel that is so often associated with other types of wool. Merino wool is an incredible insulator, helping to trap heat and prevent your temperature dropping too low.

What Are the Benefits of Merino Wool?

  • It's 100% natural
  • Comfortable and kind on sensitive skin
  • It's an excellent insulator, working to trap and retain heat
  • Excellent in cold weather climates
  • It actively transports moisture away from the skin as vapour, preventing sweat accumulation

Terry Cloth Foundation Fabric

It seems like terry cloth is everywhere. There's a reason for that. Regularly used in the manufacture of towels, babywear, clothes and bedding, terry cloth is ultra-soft and incredibly absorbent, making it the obvious choice for use in an anti-sweat garment. Incredibly, terry cloth actually gets stronger the wetter it gets.

What Does Moisture Wicking Technology Do?

Moisture wicking refers to the technology inside a fabric that transports sweat from the skin onto the fabrics outer layer, preventing it from building up in the gap between. Moisture wicking fabrics are also able to dry this sweat rapidly in their fibres so you don't find your feet are drenched when you take off your shoes at the end of a busy day.
