Quality Metatarsal Protectors for Wear with Safety Footwear

Made of durable yet lightweight polycarbonate, the Impacto Metatarsal Protectors work to protect the metatarsal area of the foot when placed on top of any safety shoes or boots. The guards will especially complement steel toe cap footwear, working in conjunction to provide optimal foot protection.

The protectors meet a minimum impact resistance of 75 lbs. as specified in ASTM F2413/F2412 (ANSI Z41), giving you peace of mind on quality foot protection when in hazardous situations at work.

How Do the Guards Work?

The METGUARD can be secured onto safety shoes or boots with existing laces, making sure that the lip of the guard sits on top of the steel cap at load point. Once secured, the guards will help protect the upper foot by deflecting and dispersing the impact of falling loads.

For safety shoes or boots without laces, optional straps can be purchased separately in order to secure the Impacto Metatarsal Protectors.
