JSP 20 Metre Wire Retractable Fall Limiter

The JSP 20 Metre Wire Retractable Fall Limiter has been rigorously tested in a wide range of situations and can be relied upon to safely arrest a fall. The wire extends up to 20 metres in length and the hook features a fall indicator for easy inspection.

Who Can Use the JSP Limiter?

The fall limiter is ideal for vertical work positioning, allowing for up to 20 metres of range. The limiter has been rated for users up to 140kg. Following is a brief list of professions and settings for which the limiter is designed:

What Certifications Has the Fall Limiter Received?

The fall limiter has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certifications:

  • EN 360: 2002
  • EN 362: 2004

What Do These Certifications Mean?

  • EN 360: This standard certifies that retractable type fall arresters will stop the fall of a wearer in as short a distance as possible
  • EN 362: This indicates that connectors are suitable for use in a fall arrest system

The fall limiter has been certified as stopping the fall of a wearer in as short a distance as possible. In the case of a 100kg mass free fall of 600mm, the limiter achieves a breaking force of less than 6kN and an arrest distance of less than two metres.
