The JSP FFP3 Filterspec Replacement Mask Filters (Pack of 10) is designed to be used with the JSP FFP3 Filterspec with Valve and will fit seamlessly into the filter holder. The filters offer the highest class of protection, with a filtration efficiency of 99%.

What Can the FFP3 Filterspec Filter Do for Me?

The filter has several useful features. These include:

• Valve: Valve allows for easy and unobstructed breathing over the full eight hours of wear
• Protection: Certified as offering protection against high-risk particles under EN 149, such as viruses or asbestos
• High Value: Ten replacement filters included, each will fit seamlessly into the Filterspec filter holder

Who Can Use the Filter?

The filter is designed for use with the JSP FFP3 Filterspec with Valve, and will offer protection against a wide range of high-risk particles. Following is a short list of hazards for which the filter provides sufficient respiratory defence:

• Hard wood dust and particles
• Paint particles containing arsenic, chrome, copper
• Absestos fibres
• Metal and aluminium oxide smoke
• Metal dust
• Bacteria, viruses and spores

The filter has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certifications:

• EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009

What Do These Certifications Mean?

• EN 149: This standard certifies whether a respiratory device offers protection against potential hazards

The Filterspec filters have a filtration efficiency of 99% of harmful particles and their assigned performance factor is 20 times the workplace exposure limit to fine dust and vapours, thereby qualifying them for the highest class under EN 149.
