The Portwest FR06 Blue Bizflame Ultra Metal-Free Trousers are entirely free from metal for added electrical safety, as well as protecting against arc flashes, build-up of static charge, chemical splashes, molten metal and radiant, convective and contact heat. The trousers are highly functional, with knee pad pockets for comfort and a sturdy construction for easy washing in industrial laundries.

What Can the Blue Bizflame Ultra Metal Free Trousers Do for Me?

The trousers have several helpful features:

  • Multi-Hazard: Protection from arc flashes, molten metal, chemical spatters, build-up of static charge and radiant, convective and contact heat
  • Metal Free: The trousers are 100% free from metal for added electrical safety
  • Industrial: Able to withstand the rigours of an industrial laundry
  • Functional: Two tier knee pad pockets for comfort and durability, eight pockets for ample storage, reflective tape for increased visibility

The flame resistant and anti-static properties inherent in the trousers are due to the Bizflame Ultra fabric, a tough poly-cotton material with excellent abrasion, shrinkage and colour fastness.

They can be washed in an industrial laundry, and are generally suitable for industrial environments where static charge, arc flashes, flame, heat, molten metal and chemical splashes are all a threat.
