Highly protective 3 layer softshell fabric has been used to construct the Portwest MV72 Orange Modaflame High-Vis Softshell Jacket. The storm flap front will help to protect you from the elements, and a wide range of safety certifications demonstrate the jacket's ability to shield you from flames, chemicals, arc flashes and welding hazards.

What Can the Orange Modaflame High-Vis Softshell Jacket Do for Me?

  • High-Vis: Reflective tape for increased visibility, qualifies as suitable for rail industry work

The Portwest jacket is certified as offering protection from molten metal splashes, a build-up of static charge, chemical spatters, arc flashes, small igniting flames and radiant and convective heat. The jacket is also certified as highly visible, and is suitable for wear during hazardous railway work. The jacket offers ARC2 arc flash protection and qualifies as class 2 welding protection.
