How Do I Put the Portwest Mask On?

- Place the respirator against your face with the nose bar at the top
- Ensure it sits under your chin and covers your mouth and nose
- Pull the lower elastic strap over the back of your neck and the upper strap over your head
- Mould the nose bar to your nose bridge so air can't escape
- Breathe out hard to check air is not able to get out from the sides of the mask
- If air is able to escape, readjust the mask until it is properly sealed
