What Is Phynomic Foam?

Phynomic foam refers to the unique type of nitrile coating on the glove. A phynomic foam nitrile glove has tiny air bubbles added to the coating before the glove is dipped into it. These bubbles soak up oils and liquids to help enhance grip strength in damp and wet conditions.

Without these bubbles, as is the case in a flat nitrile glove, your grip is compromised because these oils and liquids simply sit on the fabric, causing whatever it is you are holding to slip away.

Aqua Polymer Manufacturing Process

Aqua Polymer refers to the lack of accelerators and other nasty chemicals traditionally used in gloves to create a flexible coating. Uvex 60050 Gloves do not contain accelerators. Due to this, they are the perfect glove for anyone prone to skin irritation or suffering with a dermatological condition.

How Do Uvex 60050 Gloves Protect Your Hands?

Uvex 60050 Gloves are certified under EN 388 as abrasion, cut, puncture and tear resistant. They use a unique blend of fabric and Uvex phynomic foam to protect your hands against these mechanical hazards, plus scuffs, scrapes, scratches and bumps.

Are 60050 Gloves Comfortable?

Uvex 60050 Gloves are design to fit like a second skin, hugging the hand tightly to allow for a wide range of naturally guided movement and flexibility. The polyamide fabric used in the manufacturing process was independently tested and verified as kind on sensitive skin by the Applied Dermatological Research Institute in Hamburg, Germany.
