• EN ISO 20345:2011 S4 is a European standard that specifies the requirements for safety footwear: "S" stands for "safety" and indicates that the footwear provides basic toe protection. "4" refers to additional features including:

What Type of Work Environments Are These White Wellington Boots For?

The Blackrock White Safety Wellies are ideal for indoor cleanroom environments such as food preparation, medical and pharmaceutical where there is a risk of slipping on wet or dry tiled surfaces. Certified EN 20345 S4 SRC the wellies can be relied for various types of protection, particularly from slipping.

Steel Toecap Wellington Boots

Adding to the safety and functionality of these cleanroom wellies, are steel toe caps which allow the footwear to withstand a pressure force of 200 joules. This means that a 20kg object falling from a height of 1 meter will not injure the feet when wearing these EN 20345 certified wellies. ​​
