Helping to safeguard the health of workers in the workplace, the GVS Elipse Half Face Respirator comes with two A1P3 combination filters to protect against organic gases and vapours, dust, metal fumes, mists and micro-organisms. Each mask is already pre-fitted with the two filters which are easy to replace once exhausted.

How Much Protection Do P3 Filters Provide?

Offering excellent protection, the pleated, interchangeable P3 filters of this mask have a minimum efficiency of 99.95% at 0.3 microns and a breathing resistance of 3 mbar at a flow rate of 47.5 l/min for each filter.

High Absorption Performance and Low Breathing Resistance

The gas filter fitted in the GVS Elipse Integra Half Respirator contains activated carbon granules with special characteristics related to pore size, grain size, activation level, density, etc. These characteristics guarantee high adsorption performance and low breathing resistance which reduces moisture build-up inside the mask.

Anti-Scratch and Anti-Fog Lenses

Helping to keep your eyes safe the GVS Elipse Integra Respirator features polycarbonate lens goggles which can withstand 120m per second impacts. The coating applied onto these lenses meet (N) Anti Fog and exceeds the standard (K) anti-scratch coating seen on the market for a longer durability.

With the Elipse Integra Respirator comfort is never compromised. The compact and lightweight design of this mask adapts and fits perfectly to the face reducing the risks of non-compatibility, non-conformity and mist build up. The mask also has a non-slip strap that is easily adjusted in 4 positions, not only for comfort, but to also allow for safe use in high humidity of wet conditions.

What Materials Is This Dust and Gas Mask Made Of?

The GVS Elipse Half Face Respirator is made of medical grade TPE, which conforms to ISO 10993-10: 2010 for irritations. The mask is latex, silicone and odour-free, reducing the risk of irritation in those with sensitive skin. The valve body is made of nylon, and the inhalation/exhalation diaphragm is made of silicone.

This respirator has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certification:
