The GVS Elipse P3 Source Control Respirator is a half mask respirator designed to provide respiratory protection against micro-organisms and viruses down to a size 0.3µ. The mask comes pre-fitted with P3 filters which can be easily replaced and changed once exhausted.

What Is the Source Control Exhalation Filter In This Respirator Mask?

The Source Control Exhalation Filter in this mask helps to reduce cross contamination risks to those around them. In essence, the exhalation air goes through the valve and the filter with bacterial filtration efficiency of 99.9%.

Low Breathing Resistance

Thanks to the large surface area of these filters in this respirator the breathing resistance stays very low. This allows the wearer to breathe more easily through the course of their working day, encouraging performance and productivity.

Comfortable and Lightweight

Working in environments where PPE is required, the comfort factor can sometimes be overlooked. To counteract this, the GVS Elipse P3 Source Control Respirator has been made from comfortable TPE and elasticated head and neck strap, making it suitable for wear during long periods of time and minimising risk of wearer fatigue.

What Material Is This Respirator Made Of?

The GVS Elipse P3 Respirator is made of medical grade TPE which conforms to ISO 10993-10: 2010 for irritations. The mask body is latex, silicone, and odour-free, reducing the risk of irritation in those with sensitive skin. The valve body is made of nylon, and the inhalation/exhalation diaphragm is made of silicone.

EN Compliance of the GVS P3 Source Control Respirator Mask

This respirator has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certification:

• EN 140: European Standard that certifies half face masks and respiratory protective devices
• EN 143: European Standard that certifies particle filters for use as part of a respiratory protective device
