What Can the Jetstream Waist Mounted Power Unit Do for Me?

Who Can Use the Jetstream?

The supplied A2PSL filter will offer protection against both gases, dusts and particulates. The Jetstream will allow full mobility for eight hours at a time and will provide you with reliable respiratory protection. 

Please note that the A2PSL Gas Filter is designed to offer protection against gases and vapours where the boiling point exceeds 65°C.

What Certifications Has the Unit Received?

The respirator has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certifications:

• EN 12941

What Do These Certifications Mean?

• EN 12941: This standard specifies whether a powered filtering device incorporating a helmet or hood with gas, particle or combined filter meets the minimum requirements for respiratory protection

The unit complies with the requirements of EN 12941, and will provide protection against gases and vapours as well as fine dusts and fibres. The Jetstream delivers 180 litres per min of clean air and the filter supplied has an assigned protection factor of 20 times the work place exposure limit.
