The JSP FFP2 Filterspec Goggles with Valve is the ideal economic item of PPE for multi-hazard environments. Both the filters and goggles are certified as offering protection, and do not compromise each other's effectiveness when used together as part of the Filterspec.

What's Included?

  • 1 x JSP FFP2 Filterspec Pro Goggles with Valve
  • 3 x Filter elements

What Can the FFP2 Filterspec Pro Goggles Do for Me?

The goggles have several useful features. These include:

  • Dual Protection: Certified as offering protection for both your eyes and respiratory system, conforming to EN 166 and EN 149
  • Goggles: Adjustable harness for comfortable fit, anti-mist and anti-scratch coating on the lens
  • Filter Mask: Reusable filter holder for economy, exhale valve fitted to increase filter element longevity
  • Cohesive: Design overcomes the problems of ill-fitting masks, fogged lenses and non-conformity that often occurs when one element of PPE compromises another

Who Can Use the Goggles?

The Filterspec Goggles are unique in combining safety glasses and respiratory protection in an efficient and highly functional way. The respirator is qualified to cope with moderate level hazards such as concrete or brisk dust, and the goggles will shield you from large particles, liquid droplets and medium speed impacts. The Filterspec Pro is suitable for use in the construction industry, where multiple forms of protection are required.

What Certifications Has the Filterspec Pro Received?

The Filterspec has undergone a variety of tests so you can be sure of your safety at work. It has achieved the following certifications:

  • EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2001
  • EN 166: 1, B, T, 3, 4, N

What Do These Certifications Mean?

  • EN 149: This standard certifies whether a respiratory device offers protection against potential hazards
  • EN 166: This standard specifies the requirements for protective eyewear

The Filterspec filters have a filtration efficiency of 94% of harmful chemicals, thereby qualifying them for the second highest class under EN 149. The lenses of the goggles are of the highest optical class, and offer medium energy protection at elevated temperatures, liquid droplet protection, large dust particle protection and anti-fogging properties.
