What Is the Fall Arrest Harness For?
The Fall Arrest Safety Line is designed for use in a fall arrest system. When properly attached to an anchored harness, it will allow you to safety work from height. In the event of a fall, the fall arrest system will be able to take your weight.
Fall Arrest
A Fall Arrest system will not stop you from falling. It is instead a system that ensures a fall is carried out in a safe and controlled manner. This enables a worker to carry out their job, while a body harness is connected to a suitable shock absorbing system.
This will not prevent free fall. You will still fall, however you will quickly be caught by a fall arrest block, rope, a lanyard and your harness. Training MUST be provided, and an escape plan MUST be in place before an accident takes place. Below are some situations where fall arrest could be helpful:

The Fall@rrest Safety Line connects to wearers with two 80cm connection slings and two twist lock carabiners. These connection slings help to safely and easily secure safety harnesses into the fall arrest system.
Abrasion-Resistant and Self-Tightening Design
The 20m safety line is really tough, with fantastic abrasion-resistance to accommodate for normal work-related wear and tear, as well as more serious damage caused by a fall. It's also designed to be self-tightening, to give and reduce slack as needed.
Integral Carrying Bag for Convenience
The included carrying bag is integral, meaning it's connected to the system. Simply unclip the buckles and open the bag flap to use the safety line.
